I knew there was a new story to be told, and it would not follow the usual narrative. Rather, it would be a story of hope, resilience and triumph.
An planet tale that was rich in beauty, wisdom and strength. For generations my ancestors utilized these healing plants to cure all manner of ailments. They were used as medicines, and food, and eventually became an integral part of our culture.
The more time I spent researching about these plants and their applications, the more determined I became to share my knowledge with everyone. This was the road I needed to take, and developing this brand is my greatest passion.
My Father used to create natural medicines from African plants. I would watch him work in the kitchen fascinated by the way he could take herbs and other ingredients found in nature and turn it into something that could heal. I learned that plants have healing properties that can be harnessed for good, and my father always had some sort of remedy on hand for the times when sickness came calling.

In 2007, the seeds of this company were planted. That was the year I made a decision to make a difference in the world and bring about the change I wished to see. I was saddened by the notion that places as Africa had nothing to offer except for strife and conflict. I knew there was a new story to be told, and it would not follow the usual narrative.
